تُعد الخطوط الجوية الملكية السعودية، الناقلة الجوية الوطنية الجديدة في المملكة العربية السعودية، رائدة في مجال الطيران وتسعى لقيادة الصناعة من خلال تحويل المملكة إلى مركز عالمي للطيران والتجارة. يُعد هذا الدور الوظيفي حاسمًا في ضمان امتلاك المنظمة للموارد البشرية المناسبة وهيكل التكلفة لدعم نمو الأسطول وتوسع الشبكة والامتثال التنظيمي.
المسؤوليات
- قيادة التنبؤ وتحسين الموارد عبر وظيفة عمليات الطيران.
- تطوير خطط القوى العاملة قصيرة الأجل والمتوسطة والطويلة الأجل، وترجمتها إلى نماذج قوية لعدد الموظفين والتكاليف.
- تقديم رؤى موجهة بالبيانات تدعم الميزانية والنمذجة المالية للقوى العاملة واتخاذ القرارات التنفيذية.
- قيادة التنبؤ بالطلب والنمذجة السيناريوهية.
- بناء لوحات معلومات القوى العاملة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
- تحديد المخاطر وفرص التحسين.
- ضمان أن خطط الأفراد قابلة للتطبيق تشغيليًا عبر عمليات الطاقم والهندسة والعمليات الأرضية.
- تعزيز أدوات التخطيط والتحليلات، وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- تطوير قدرة تخطيط موارد عالية الأداء ضمن فريقك.
المتطلبات
- درجة جامعية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في تخطيط الأفراد أو تحليلات القوى العاملة أو التخطيط التشغيلي.
- خلفية قوية في تحليل البيانات الجوية والتنبؤ ونمذجة الموارد.
- القدرة على إدارة مجموعات البيانات الكبيرة والبيانات ذات الصلة.
- شهادات في تحليل البيانات أو تخطيط القوى العاملة أو عمليات الطيران (اختياري).
المهارات
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على ترجمة البيانات إلى قرارات استراتيجية.
- خبرة في استخدام أدوات التخطيط والتحليلات.
- مهارات قيادية وإدارية قوية.

About the Role

- We are looking for a professional to lead forecasting and resource optimisation across our Flight Operations function.
- This role is central to ensuring the organisation has the right people, capability and cost structure to support fleet growth, network expansion and regulatory compliance.
- Working closely with the Director of Operations Business Support and senior stakeholders, you will develop short-term, medium-term and long-term workforce plans, translate them into robust headcount and cost models, and provide insights guided by data that support budgeting, financial workforce modelling and executive decision making.
- You will lead demand forecasting and scenario modelling, build workforce dashboards and KPIs, identify risks and optimisation opportunities, and ensure manpower plans are operationally feasible across crew, engineering and ground operations.
- In addition, you will enhance planning tools and analytics, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and develop a high-performing resource planning capability within your team.

- About You
- Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years in manpower planning, workforce analytics, or operational planning.
- You are expected to have a strong background in aviation data analysis, forecasting, and resource modelling, as well as a proven ability to manage large datasets and produce actionable insights.
