المسؤوليات
- إجراء تحليلات روتينية وحسب الطلب لبيانات العمليات الجوية.
- تكوين وتحديث تعريفات الأحداث والحدود.
- التحقق من الزناد ومقارنته بمصادر البيانات الداعمة.
- ترتيب الأحداث حسب المخاطر والتكرار وفقًا لبروتوكولات التصعيد.
- دعم التحقيقات وتقييمات مخاطر السلامة من خلال إعادة بناء البيانات والمقارنات الإحصائية.
- ضمان تتبع أساليب التحليل ومراقبة تكامل البيانات.
- المساهمة في تحسين فعالية برنامج مراقبة بيانات الرحلات (FDM) بشكل مستمر.
المتطلبات
- درجة جامعية في مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تحليلات السلامة الجوية أو مراقبة بيانات الرحلات (FOQA) أو تحليل العمليات الجوية أو دور السلامة/الجودة المرتبط به.
- خبرة عملية في استخدام برامج FDM/FOQA وإنتاج تقارير اتجاهات السلامة.
- تدريب في تحليل بيانات الرحلات (FDA) أو أنظمة إدارة السلامة (SMS) ومبادئ إدارة مخاطر السلامة.
- معرفة بأدوات تحليل البيانات والتصور.

About the Role
- Do you turn flight data into safety insight that prevents tomorrow’s incident today?
- We are searching for an aviation professional to support the Safety function through rigorous analysis within the Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) programme.
- This role is central to identifying safety risks, operational trends and performance exceedances by processing, validating and interpreting flight operational data.
- You will conduct routine and ad-hoc analyses, configure and maintain event definitions and thresholds, validate triggers against supporting data sources, and prioritise events based on risk and recurrence in line with established escalation protocols.
- You will support investigations and safety risk assessments through data reconstructions and statistical comparisons across fleet, routes and operational contexts.
- Maintaining strict data governance and confidentiality, you will ensure traceability of analysis methods, monitor data integrity, support audits and continuously enhance FDM programme effectiveness.
- Analyse the data. Protect the operation. Elevate safety with every flight.
- About You
- Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 3 years in aviation safety analytics, FDM/FOQA, flight operations analysis, or a related safety/quality role in a regulated environment.
- You are expected to have hands-on experience using FDM/FOQA software and producing safety trend reports.
