المسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات والمرونة التنظيمية لحماية أشخاص الشركة وأصولها وعملياتها.
- ضمان الاستعداد للأحداث الحرجة من خلال التخطيط والتنسيق المستمرين لبروتوكولات الاستجابة.
- إدارة الأزمات وتطوير خطط الاستجابة، مع ضمان إجراءات سريعة ومنظمة أثناء حالات الطوارئ.
- اتخاذ القرارات في الوقت المناسب أثناء الأزمات، وتسهيل تدفق الاتصالات، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- دمج أطر العمل المرنة للتعامل مع المخاطر المعقدة، مثل التحديات الجيوسياسية والأمن السيبراني واضطرابات المناخ.
- إجراء تقييمات شاملة للمرونة، وتحديد الثغرات المحتملة، وتحويلها إلى قوة تنظيمية.
- تعزيز ثقافة الاستعداد من خلال الوعي والتدريب، وتحسين القدرات على الاستجابة.
- تصميم وتقديم محاكاة الأزمات وبرامج التدريب لتعزيز الاستعداد على جميع المستويات.
المتطلبات
- شهادة جامعية في مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في إدارة الأزمات في مجال الطيران أو تخطيط الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ.
- خلفية مثبتة في إدارة المخاطر أو المجالات ذات الصلة، مثل إدارة حالات الطوارئ والأمن والامتثال والمرونة التشغيلية.
- شهادات في مجالات السلامة، مثل سلامة الطيران وتخطيط الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ (ERP)، والتدريب على التدريب، وشهادات المدقق.

- About You
- Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 6 years of expertise in aviation crisis management or emergency response planning, ensuring organisational readiness during critical events.
- You are expected to have proven background in risk management or related domains such as emergency management, security, compliance, or operational resilience, contributing to robust risk mitigation strategies.
