About the Role Are you a technically sharp aviation professional ready to be Riyadh Air's eyes and ears on the Airbus production floor? Based at Airbus's Hamburg facility, you will own the oversight of all technical aspects of the production and delivery of Riyadh Air's Airbus A321 fleet. From the moment an aircraft enters the Final Assembly Line through to the moment it joins our fleet, you will be there, monitoring assembly, conducting inspections, resolving quality issues, and ensuring every aircraft meets our engineering specifications and certification standards before it ever carries a guest. In this role, you will take ownership of customer inspections, BFE integration monitoring, and the tracking of discrepancies through to full resolution, keeping Senior Management informed at every stage. You will work closely with Airbus, BFE suppliers, and Riyadh Air's internal teams across Fleet Planning, Engineering & Maintenance, and Flight Operations to ensure our A321 deliveries stay on track and fully aligned with our Purchase Agreement. This is a role where your technical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to build trusted relationships will directly shape the quality and integrity of Riyadh Air's growing fleet. About You Degree qualified in Aeronautical or a relevant Engineering discipline, or holding an FAA/EASA licensed aircraft mechanic qualification, you will bring a minimum of 7 years of experience in the airline industry, including at least 2 to 5 years in program management, Entry into Service (EIS), or aircraft production and delivery. You are expected to have hands-on experience with aircraft inspections and delivery coordination, with a strong understanding of aircraft systems, avionics, and technical documentation including AMM, FIM, MEL, SWPM, and wiring schematics. Proven ability to manage relationships with OEMs, leasing companies, and maintenance providers is essential, as is a solid grounding in production quality assurance and engineering compliance.
