As part of a leadership team dedicated to excellence, you will assist the Manager of Operational Readiness in ensuring that all operational elements meet high standards for guest experiences. Your contributions will be critical in streamlining processes, enhancing guest services, and fostering a thriving environment for both staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities Support the design and implementation of operational readiness frameworks for upcoming projects. Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational necessities are identified and documented effectively. Conduct operational readiness evaluations and highlight areas needing attention. Assist in developing comprehensive training and orientation programs for staff to ensure readiness upon project launches. Monitor operational performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance outcomes. Engage in risk management processes to identify potential obstacles to operational efficiency. Champion a customer-centric approach within operational teams to enhance overall guest satisfaction. · Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Management, Hospitality, or Operations. · At least 3-5 years of experience in operational readiness or a related management role within the entertainment or hospitality industries. · Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen eye for detail. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders. · Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. · A history of identifying and implementing performance improvements for operations. · Insight into the local entertainment industry and cultural practices in Saudi Arabia is desirable. · A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
