Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Commercial - Cost specialist who will play a vital role in managing and optimizing the cost functions across our diverse residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. This position demands a strategic leader who can provide insights and strategies to ensure effective financial management while driving project success. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of cost management strategies across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Oversee the preparation and evaluation of cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts to facilitate informed decision-making. Conduct detailed analysis of project costs, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing necessary actions. Collaborate closely with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate cost management processes within project lifecycles. Manage and mentor a dedicated team of cost professionals to promote best practices in cost management. Review tenders, contracts, and claims, ensuring the alignment of cost implications with the contractual obligations. Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on cost performance, highlighting any concerns or opportunities. Stay updated on industry standards, trends, and technological advancements to enhance cost management practices. Applications closing on 22nd April 2026. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification is preferred. 7+ years of experience in cost management within large-scale residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Proven expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis within the construction industry. Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing and developing high-performing teams. Proficient in cost management software and tools.
