Salla is building the next generation of merchant infrastructure in the region ; tools that simplify complexity without compromising control. Inventory is one of the most critical pillars of merchant success. We’re looking for an Inventory Consultant with deep hands-on experience in warehouse management (WMS), order management (OMS), or ERP stock control systems. This isn’t a theoretical role. You’ll be the person who knows, from experience, how inventory flows actually break and how to design processes and systems that prevent it. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape inventory solutions that mirror real merchant operations. What You’ll Do Analyze end-to-end stock movement across warehouses, branches, and online channels to identify operational pain points. Design system logic and process flows that support replenishment, transfers, and multi-location stock visibility. Serve as the subject-matter authority for OMS, ERP, and WMS integrations across Salla’s ecosystem. Partner with cross-functional teams to validate inventory workflows, reconciliation rules, and tracking mechanisms. Define merchant-facing best practices for inventory accuracy, forecasting, and operational efficiency. Monitor and improve KPIs such as stock accuracy, order fulfillment rate, and inventory turnover. What You’ll Bring - 5–8 years of hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse systems, or retail operations. - Proven track record with ERP or OMS implementations (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or locally developed systems). - Deep understanding of SKU management, stock reconciliation, and multi-branch operations. - Experience collaborating with technology or product teams to improve system workflows. - Analytical mindset with a focus on precision, scalability, and process design.
