The Job in a Nutshell💡 We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Manager to join the CEO Office. This role will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, oversee cross-functional projects, and support business performance management. The ideal candidate comes from a strong business management or consulting background, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-impact executive environment. What Will You Do❓ Assist the CEO in planning and executing key business initiatives Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across departments Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and board materials Conduct market research, financial analysis, and performance tracking Monitor KPIs and support business performance management Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement best practices Assist in decision-making through structured analysis and strategic insights Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO What Are We Looking For❓ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred) 3–5 years of relevant experience in business management, strategy, or consulting Experience in a top-tier consulting firm is highly preferred Proven experience working with senior leadership or executive teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities High level of business acumen Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management skills High level of discretion and professionalism Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory What We Offer You❗ We believe you will love working at Foodics!
