About the Role Are you a delivery-focused technical leader with a passion for building next generation airline retailing capabilities? We are seeking a driven product delivery manager to oversee the operational delivery, integration, and readiness of Riyadh Air’s Offer Management platforms. In this role, you will guide the end to end execution of critical retailing capabilities, ensure alignment with digital and commercial strategies, and lead cross functional squads and vendors to deliver reliable, scalable, and future ready systems. You will manage the rollout of NDC compliant workflows and implement key offer Management functions such as continuous pricing, offer construction, optimization, order servicing, refunds, and disruption handling. You are expected to translate strategic roadmaps into clear delivery plans, establish operational readiness criteria, and ensure smooth technical integrations across multiple platforms. A core part of this role includes maintaining delivery discipline, managing risks and dependencies, coordinating Agile ceremonies, enforcing quality controls, and ensuring stable releases that meet Riyadh Air’s performance and SLA expectations. About You Degree qualified, you will bring at least 8 years’ experience in enterprise product delivery or technology delivery, ideally within the airline or travel domain. Experience working with PSS transformation (Amadeus, Sabre, or similar) and Passenger Revenue Management platforms (PROS, Amadeus NRMS, Sabre RO) is highly desirable. You are expected to airline merchandising engines, ancillaries, bundling, and competitor pricing capabilities. Strong experience coordinating cross functional teams, managing vendors, and delivering technically complex integrations is essential. You will excel at converting strategy into structured delivery plans, maintaining RAID governance, driving Agile execution, and ensuring operational readiness across multiple delivery streams. Experience in managing technical checkpoints, quality gates, and integration dependencies will be key. Your ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, manage complexity, and consistently deliver high quality outcomes will set you up for success in this role.
