About the Role Are you ready to lead the AI revolution in aviation? Riyadh Air is seeking a forward-thinking AI Value Manager to drive the successful delivery of AI initiatives across our organisation. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage end-to-end execution of AI projects aligning timelines, budgets, and resources to transform how we deliver innovation in the skies. You’ll work across teams to define project goals, develop execution plans, and ensure that AI models are rigorously tested and deployed to meet performance KPIs. Your ability to track progress, manage risks, and drive stakeholder engagement will be critical in delivering real business impact. Beyond delivery, you’ll champion ethical AI practices ensuring our models uphold standards of fairness, transparency, and accountability. Collaborating with legal and compliance teams you will meet the evolving regulations, while fostering a culture of responsible AI use throughout the organisation. This role combines project management excellence with a deep understanding of AI’s potential and its responsibilities. You’ll play a key part in positioning Riyadh Air as a leader in ethical, cutting-edge AI for aviation. About You Degree qualified, you'll bring at least 7 years of expertise in AI, coming from strong past hands-on experience in Data Science and AI, ideally with good track record of delivering complex, cross-functional AI projects. You’ll bring expertise in AI methodologies which includes GenAI and NLP, with strong agile project management experience. You should be confident communicating complex AI topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and passionate about promoting ethical, impactful AI in a dynamic, regulated environment. Experience in AI governance, ethics, and regulatory compliance is essential especially in areas of fairness, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
