نحن نبحث عن محترف متمرس لقيادة عمليات تدريب طاقم الطيران وطاقم الركاب في طيران الرياض (RX)، وهي شركة طيران وطنية جديدة تسعى لقيادة صناعة الطيران في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المسؤوليات
- الإشراف على التخطيط والتنفيذ لتدريب الخطوط تحت الإشراف (LIFUS) لطاقم الطيران وطاقم الركاب.
- ضمان التنسيق السلس لجداول التدريب وتتبع تقدم الطاقم من الرحلات الأولى إلى الإفراج الكامل عن الخطوط.
- قيادة التحول الرقمي لإدارة المؤهلات من خلال نظام NetLine Crew.
- تطوير وتكوين وتحسين وحدة إدارة المؤهلات والتدريب (QTM) ضمن نظام NetLine Crew.
- التعاون مع فرق تدريب الطاقم وعمليات الأسطول ومركز العمليات والعمليات الهندسية وفرق تكنولوجيا المعلومات لضمان سير عمليات التدريب بسلاسة.
- مراقبة وتتبع تقدم تدريب الخطوط ومتطلبات فحوصات الخطوط ومعالم الإفراج للموظفين الجدد والمرتقين والطيارين الانتقاليين.
- المساعدة في تحسين العمليات ومنع الانقطاعات والحفاظ على سير العمليات بسلاسة مع الحفاظ على أعلى معايير السلامة والالتزام.
المتطلبات
- درجة جامعية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في تخطيط طاقم الركاب أو تخطيط تدريب طاقم الركاب أو جدولة طاقم الركاب.
- خبرة إلزامية في العمل لدى خطوط جوية تجارية.
- خبرة في إدارة برامج تدريب الخطوط للطيارين، بما في ذلك LIFUS وفحوصات الخطوط وتتبع التقدم.
- خبرة في إدارة طاقم الركاب والعمليات وأنظمة التدريب.

About the Role
- Can you optimise Cabin Crew planning to ensure smooth and efficient airline operations while maintaining compliance with industry regulations?
- We are looking for a Cabin Crew Planning Specialist to lead the strategic and operational planning of cabin crew resources at Riyadh Air.
- This role will ensure the design of optimised pairings, build legal and cost-effective rosters, and integrate training schedules to support safe, efficient, and compliant airline operations.
- You will design and govern the crew scheduling process, ensuring alignment with GACA regulations, company policies, and operational requirements.
- Your work will also involve coordinating closely with key departments, including Training, Cabin Crew Performance Management, IOCC, and People and Culture, to maintain crew readiness, welfare, and operational continuity.
- In addition, you will analyse data to improve planning accuracy, minimise operational risks, and provide recommendations to enhance roster productivity.
- You will also oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring timely crew training and licence renewals, and manage manpower forecasts in response to fleet changes and seasonal demand.
- Through your expertise in flight status communication, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of plans and facilitate smooth operational execution.
- You’ll also assess planning processes, identify areas for improvement, and introduce automation to enhance overall efficiency.
- Shape a resilient, efficient, and compliant Cabin Crew planning system, driving the success of Riyadh Air operations.
- About You
- Degree qualified, you will bring a minimum of 4 years of experience in Crew Planning, Crew Scheduling, or Manpower Resource Planning within a commercial airline.
- You are expected to have demonstrated experience in data analysis, roster optimisation, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced airline environment.
- A strong understanding of aviation regulations, GACA requirements, and operational planning best practices is essential.
