About the Role Ready to transform cargo operations with smart, scalable, and customer‑focused product innovation? In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in keeping our Cargo product operations running seamlessly. You will analyse trends and translate insights into clear, actionable reports that enable smarter, data‑driven decision‑making. Importantly, you'll have strong skills in advanced data analysis, data collection and manipulation, angular frameworks and web applications, UI/UX design, CI/CD practices, object‑oriented programming, and RESTful API development. You’ll also lead the development of cargo products, ensuring relevance, efficiency, and compliance, while supporting the growth of premium offerings that drive revenue and elevate our overall product portfolio. When risks or gaps emerge, you’ll spot them early. By escalating issues in good time, you’ll protect delivery timelines and ensure operational readiness. Ready to take cargo products to new heights? Your next adventure starts here. About You Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in cargo, logistics or supply chain product environments. You are expected to bring hands on experience in system implementation, supplier management, and a strong understanding of the air cargo ecosystem. Your understanding of cargo or ground operations and familiarity with third party distribution channels will be essential in driving successful integration and execution. Moreover, your experience working with Cargo Management Systems is highly valued, particularly if you’ve used tools such as Ansible, Bash, Git configuration and workflows, or IBM Rational ClearCase.
