It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations About the Role Do you enjoy leading complex enterprise programmes and bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to large‑scale change? You’ll manage end‑to‑end delivery of our Enterprise Systems portfolio, spanning ERP, HCM, Finance, Procurement, EPM, Automation, and Corporate Platforms. In this critical role, you’ll also set the benchmark for reliable and secure programme delivery, fully aligned with our Enterprise Systems Operating Model. Your focus will be on enabling stable, scalable, and high‑performing enterprise solutions, while ensuring operational continuity is never compromised. Importantly, you’ll provide end‑to‑end ownership of enterprise initiatives, driving stakeholder alignment, vendor performance, disciplined change and release management, and deployment readiness. This role also champions continuous improvement, risk management, and a strong focus on safety and operational readiness. As a people leader, you will build, coach, and empower high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. About You Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 10 years' experience in Enterprise Systems delivery, ERP, HRIS, Finance, Procurement, EPM, or Digital Transformation. You are expected to have strong track record in vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and aligning IT with business goals. Your expertise includes programme planning, financial oversight, and risk management within regulated settings.
