About the Role Are you ready to shape how AI and data power decision‑making across an entire organisation? In this pivotal role, you’ll design, build, and govern our AI and data capability across people, processes, and technology, helping us become a truly data‑driven and AI‑enabled enterprise. You’ll work closely with executive and senior stakeholders across Digital, Technology, and the wider business to turn strategic ambition into practical, scalable solutions. Importantly, you'll define and lead the enterprise AI and data strategy and roadmap, transforming data into a strategic asset that supports growth and cost optimisation. Acting as the organisation’s AI evangelist, you’ll drive education, adoption, and value realisation across the business. You’ll shape and evolve the AI and Data operating model, balancing insourcing, outsourcing, and delivery capability to meet changing business needs. Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders will be key, as you proactively manage risk, remove delivery obstacles, and foster continuous improvement. You will also set enterprise standards for AI and data methods, tools, and practices, driving consistency, reuse, and efficiency at scale. Finally, you'll lead the development and enforcement of robust AI and data governance frameworks, policies, and standards, ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met. About You Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 12+ years’ experience in data, AI, platform engineering, or related disciplines.
