سيقوم مشرف كهربائي بالإشراف على أنشطة الصيانة الكهربائية اليومية في المصنع بما في ذلك الصيانة الوقائية والصيانة الإصلاحية وأعمال التوقفات المخطط لها وأعمال التجديد الشامل لجميع المعدات الكهربائية وفقاً لخطط الصيانة الشاملة وإرشادات السلامة والصحة والبيئة ومعايير الجودة لضمان الفعالية والتوفر والموثوقية. إدارة الصيانة: تعيين الموارد للصيانة الوقائية المجدولة والأعطال والإصلاحات الرئيسية في المصنع لتمكين الأداء الأمثل للمعدات الكهربائية وفقاً لمعايير الجودة وتوفير إكمال جميع المهام في الوقت المناسب مع الإبلاغ عن أي انحرافات إلى مهندس الكهرباء لاتخاذ الإجراء اللازم. استكشاف الأخطاء وإجراء تحليل السبب الجذري لجميع المعدات الكهربائية لضمان العمليات السلسة والخالية من المشاكل. اختبار والتحقق من حالة المعدات عند اكتمال الإصلاحات للتأكد من الاستعداد طبقاً لمعايير الجودة. إجراء عمليات فحص على أساس منتظم لمتابعة التقدم في العمل لجميع الفنيين الكهربائيين للتأكد من تنفيذ العمل وفقاً للجدول الزمني المعتمد وتخصيص الموارد المناسبة مع تسليط الضوء على أي عدم توافق لمهندس الكهرباء لضمان اتخاذ إجراء فوري. المشاركة في التحقيق ومواصفات التعديلات على الأنظمة الموجودة ومساعدة مهندس الكهرباء في إعداد التقديمات الأولية بما في ذلك المواصفات الفنية والمواد للتعديلات مع الرسومات والرسوم البيانية وتقديرات التكاليف المرفقة. إدارة التوقفات: تنسيق التخطيط والتنفيذ لصيانة التوقف السنوية للمعدات الكهربائية الحرجة وفقاً لتوصيات الشركة المصنعة وتقديم الدعم الفني لضمان تحقيق أهداف السلامة والصحة والبيئة والنطاق والتكلفة والجدول الزمني. إدارة الموارد البشرية: الإشراف على أنشطة وعمل أعضاء الفريق لضمان تحقيق الأهداف والغايات وتسليم خطة الأعمال وفقاً للسياسات والعمليات والإجراءات والأنظمة المطلوبة. المتطلبات: دبلوم في الصيانة الكهربائية. 10-12 سنة من الخبرة في الصيانة الكهربائية مثل التركيب والصيانة والإصلاح للمعدات الكهربائية المستخدمة في محطات الطاقة وتحلية المياه. المهارات: المعرفة العملية بمعدات المصنع ذات الصلة الوعي بمعايير السلامة والصحة والبيئة والجودة معرفة تحليل وقت التوقف والمعرفة الجيدة بأدوات حل المشاكل معرفة نظرية الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية مهارات التوجيه والتدريب وإدارة الموارد البشرية مهارات التخطيط والتنظيم والتكامل القوية مهارات العمل الجماعي والتعاون الفعال

Job Description

Electrical Supervisor will supervise the day-to-day electrical maintenance activities in the plant including preventive and corrective maintenance, planned outages and overhauling work activities for all electrical equipment in accordance with overall maintenance plans, HSE guidelines and quality standards to ensure effective functionality, plant availability and equipment reliability. Maintenance Management Assign resources for the scheduled preventative maintenance / breakdowns, and major repair jobs in the plant to enable optimal functionality of electrical equipment in line with quality standards and provide timely completion of all jobs while reporting any deviations to the Electrical Engineer for action. Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis on all electrical equipment to ensure smooth and trouble-free operations. Test and validate the condition of equipment upon completion of repairs to confirm readiness in compliance to quality standards. Perform inspections on regular basis to follow-up on work progress of all electrical technicians ensuring that work progress is carried out as per approved work schedule and appropriate resources are allocated while highlighting any non-conformances to the Electrical Engineer to ensure prompt action. Participate in the investigation and specification of modifications to existing systems; assist the Electrical Engineer in the preparation of preliminary submissions including technical specifications and materials for modifications together with accompanying drawings, process diagrams and cost estimates. Outage Management Coordinate the planning and execution of the annual outage maintenance of critical electrical equipment, as per the recommendation of the OEM, and provide technical support to ensure the EHS, scope, cost, and timeline objectives are met People Management Supervise the activities and work of the team members to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems Requirements: A Diploma in Electrical maintenance. 10 – 12 years’ experience in electrical maintenance such as installation, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment used in Power and Water desalination plants Skills: Practical Knowledge of relevant plant equipment Awareness of HSE & quality standards Knowledge of downtime analysis and good knowledge of problem-solving tools Knowledge of preventative/predictive maintenance theory Mentoring, coaching and people management skills Strong planning, organizing, and integration skills Teamwork and effective collaboration skills Electrical Supervisor will supervise the day-to-day electrical maintenance activities in the plant including preventive and corrective maintenance, planned outages and overhauling work activities for all electrical equipment in accordance with overall maintenance plans, HSE guidelines and quality standards to ensure effective functionality, plant availability and equipment reliability.
