سيقوم فني الآلات الميكانيكية بتنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة والتعديل والإصلاح الشامل والتركيب على الآلات الميكانيكية وفقاً لإجراءات التشغيل المعيارية وإرشادات السلامة والصحة والجودة لتحقيق الفعالية والموثوقية. الصيانة الميكانيكية: تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الميكانيكية اليومية المطلوبة وأعمال الصيانة الميكانيكية الوقائية الروتينية وفقاً للجداول المحددة وإجراءات نوماك لتسهيل الاستمرارية في العمليات. مراقبة الحالة الفيزيائية لجميع الآلات في المصنع المخصص والإبلاغ عن عدم المطابقات إلى مهندس الآلات الميكانيكية لتسهيل الصيانة الفعالة لجميع مرافق نوماك وفقاً لمعايير الجودة والسلامة المحددة. الاستجابة للأعطال الميكانيكية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية بالالتزام بالإجراءات والإرشادات لتقليل فترات التوقف وتحقيق أقصى فعالية للمعدات. استكشاف الأخطاء باستخدام الأدوات والقطع الغيارة اللازمة والتي تشمل التشخيص والإصلاح والتحقق من المعدات للتآكل والشقوق والتسريبات والأعطال وتنفيذ الإصلاحات الروتينية اللازمة لتسهيل العمليات المتواصلة وتقليل فترات التوقف. تشخيص أسباب العطل الميكانيكي أو فشل المعدات التشغيلية مثل استبدال الأجزاء المعيبة والتعديل والمحاذاة والتزييت والشحم واتخاذ التدابير التصحيحية بالتعاون مع مهندس الآلات الميكانيكية. قراءة وفهم الأدلة الفنية والرسوم البيانية الميكانيكية ورسومات الآلات وتطبيق المعرفة لتنفيذ مهام الصيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء، للتحضير لصيانة الآلات الميكانيكية في المنطقة المخصصة. المعرفة العملية بمعدات المصنع ذات الصلة. المعرفة العملية بمبادئ الصيانة الميكانيكية بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر تحديد وتصنيف والتخلص من النفايات ومراقبة الانبعاثات. الوعي بمعايير السلامة والصحة والجودة. مهارات العمل الجماعي والتعاون الفعال. المؤهلات الدنيا: شهادة تقنية أو دبلوم الدراسات العليا في الصيانة الميكانيكية. خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في الصيانة الميكانيكية كفني في تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح المعدات الميكانيكية والتركيبات في بيئة المصنع.
Job Description
Mechanical Technician will carry out the maintenance, modification, overhauling and installation activities on the mechanical machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures, HSE guidelines and quality standards to attain effective functionality and reliability. Mechanical Maintenance Carry out required daily mechanical maintenance work and routine preventative mechanical maintenance work according to set schedules and NOMAC procedures to facilitate continuous operations. Monitor the physical condition of all machines in assigned plant and report non-conformances to Mechanical Engineer to facilitate effective maintenance of all NOMAC facilities as per set Quality/ HSE standards. Respond to mechanical failures and implement corrective actions in adherence with procedures and guidelines to reduce downtime and maximize functionality of equipment. Trouble shoot using necessary tools and spare parts which include diagnosis, repairing and checking equipment for corrosion, cracks, leaks, failures and perform necessary routine repairs to facilitate uninterrupted operations and minimize downtime. Diagnose causes of mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment such as defective parts replacement, adjustment, alignment, oiling, greasing and boiling and take corrective measures in collaboration with Mechanical Engineer. Read and understand technical manuals, mechanical diagrams and machinery drawings and apply the knowledge to carry out maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, to prepare for the mechanical maintenance to machinery in the assigned area Practical Knowledge of relevant plant equipment Practical knowledge of mechanical maintenance principles including but not limited to identification, classification, disposal of waste and emission monitoring Awareness of HSE & quality standards Team work and effective collaboration skills Minimum Qualifications: A technical certificate / Associate’s Diploma in Mechanical maintenance 3-5 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance a technician in installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and installations in a plant environment.
