سيقوم تقني الأجهزة والتحكم بتنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة والتثبيت والإصلاح الشامل والتعديل على أجهزة التحكم والأجهزة الخاصة بالمحطة وفقاً لإجراءات الصيانة القياسية وإرشادات السلامة والصحة والبيئة ومعايير الجودة لتحقيق الأداء الفعال والموثوقية.
صيانة الأجهزة والتحكم:
تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية الروتينية المطلوبة للأجهزة والتحكم وفقاً للجدول المحدد وإجراءات أكوا نوماك لتسهيل العمليات المستمرة. مراقبة الحالة الفيزيائية لجميع الأنظمة والمعدات في المحطة المخصصة والإبلاغ عن عدم المطابقات إلى مهندس أو مشرف الأجهزة والتحكم لتسهيل الصيانة الفعالة لجميع منشآت أكوا نوماك وفقاً لمعايير الجودة والسلامة المحددة. الاستجابة لأعطال الأجهزة والتحكم وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية وفقاً للإجراءات والإرشادات لتقليل وقت التوقف وتعظيم فعالية المعدات. استكشاف الأخطاء باستخدام الأدوات والقطع الغيارة اللازمة بما في ذلك التشخيص والفك والإصلاح واستبدال الأجزاء والفحص والتنظيف وإعادة التجميع للتحقق من أن جميع الأجهزة معايرة بشكل صحيح وفي حالة عمل جيدة للعمليات السلسة. تشخيص أسباب الأعطال أو فشل المعدات التشغيلية مثل صمامات التحكم والمرسلات وغيرها واتخاذ تدابير تصحيحية بالتعاون مع مهندس أو مشرف الأجهزة والتحكم. قراءة وفهم الأدلة الفنية والرسوم البيانية للتحكم والرسوم البيانية للأنظمة وتطبيق المعرفة لتنفيذ مهام الصيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء، للتحضير لصيانة الأجهزة والتحكم للأنظمة والمعدات في المنطقة المخصصة. محاذاة وتعديل ومعايرة الأنظمة والمعدات وفقاً للمواصفات والحفاظ على سجلات الإصلاحات والمعايرة والاختبارات.
المهارات المطلوبة:
- المعرفة العملية بمعدات المحطة ذات الصلة
- المعرفة العملية بمبادئ الصيانة بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر تحديد وتصنيف والتخلص من النفايات ومراقبة الانبعاثات
- الوعي بمعايير السلامة والصحة والبيئة والجودة
- مهارات العمل بروح الفريق والتعاون الفعال
- معرفة إجراءات الإسعافات الأولية
المتطلبات:
- خبرة 3-5 سنوات في صيانة الأجهزة والتحكم في محطات الطاقة التي تعمل بالفحم كفني في التثبيت والصيانة والهندسة للمعدات الإلكترونية والتركيبات في بيئة المحطة
- شهادة تقنية أو دبلوم زمالة في هندسة الأجهزة والتحكم
Job Description
I&C Technician will carry out maintenance, installation, overhauling and modification activities on plant’s instrumentation and control systems and equipment in accordance with standard maintenance procedures, HSE guidelines and quality standards to attain effective functionality and reliability Instrumentation and Control Maintenance Carry out required routine preventative instrumentation and control maintenance work according to set schedule and ACWA NOMAC procedures to facilitate continuous operations. Monitor the physical condition of all systems and equipment in assigned plant and report non-conformances to Instrumentation and Control Engineer / Supervisor to facilitate effective maintenance of all ACWA NOMAC facilities as per set Quality/ HSE standards. Respond to instrumentation and control failures and implement corrective actions in adherence with procedures and guidelines to reduce downtime and maximize functionality of equipment. Troubleshoot using necessary tools and spare parts including diagnosis, dismantling, repair, part change, checking, cleaning and reassembly to validate that all instruments are well calibrated and in good working condition for smooth operations. Diagnose causes of malfunction or failure of operational equipment such as control valves, transmitters, etc. and take corrective measures in collaboration with Instrumentation and Control Engineer / Supervisor. Read and understand technical manuals, control diagrams and system diagrams and apply the knowledge to carry out maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, to prepare for the instrument and control maintenance to systems and equipment in the assigned area. Align, adjust and calibrate systems and equipment according to specifications and to maintain records of repairs, calibrations and tests Skills: Practical Knowledge of relevant plant equipment Practical knowledge of maintenance principles including but not limited to identification, classification, disposal of waste and emission monitoring Awareness of HSE & quality standards Teamwork and effective collaboration skills Knowledge of First aid measures Requirements: 3-5 years’ experience in instrument and control maintenance in a Coal-fired Power Plant as a technician in installation, maintenance and engineering of electronic equipment and installations in a plant environment.
