SABIC Specialty Compounds fabriek in Raamsdonksveer is per direct op zoek naar enthousiaste procesoperators. Wat ga je doen als procesoperator bij SABIC? Je houdt je bezig met het bewaken van de voortgang van het productieproces en grijpt in waar nodig. Voorop staat de veiligheid van jezelf en jouw collega’s, onze processen en de omgeving. Daarnaast zal je intern opgeleid worden tot allround- operator, dat wil zeggen dat je alle ins en outs van de fabriek leert kennen! Je zal onderdeel zijn van een hecht team van collega’s. JOUW BELANGRIJKSTE TAKEN Je bedient de productie- en logistieke installaties op een veilige en milieubewust manier en bent verantwoordelijk voor de schoonmaakwerkzaamheden Je signaleert procesafwijkingen en grijpt in waar nodig. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en de procedures. Dit doe je voor je eigen veiligheid en die van anderen. Deelnemen aan team(s) voor continue verbetering van veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit Je zorgt voor orde en netheid op je eigen werkplek Je plant en organiseert de werkzaamheden op je dienst. Dit doe je door nauw samen te werken met collega’s. DIT BRENG JIJ MEE VMBO/MBO werk- en denkniveau (basisoperator/operator A of gelijkwaardig). Bij voorkeur ervaring in een productie omgeving Minimaal VCA-basis certificering; of bereid deze binnen 2 maanden te behalen via SABIC Je hebt een hoge werkstandaard en bent ondernemend, resultaatgericht en stressbestending Je hebt sterke sociale vaardigheden, kunt anderen motiveren en enthousiasmeren. Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is zeer wenselijk, maar voor de juiste kandidaat zou Engels kunnen volstaan. WIJ BIEDEN JOU, DAARNAAST Een baan in een 3-ploegendienst.
