Responsibilities: Collaborate with the project team to integrate agricultural and environmental considerations into the design of the steel structure building. Evaluate and propose agricultural systems that align with the project's goals and environmental sustainability. Conduct comprehensive soil analysis to determine its suitability for farming and landscaping around the building. Implement soil management strategies for optimum land use and fertility enhancement. Design and implement efficient irrigation systems to support landscaping and agricultural components of the project. Propose water conservation strategies and water management techniques suitable for the project's landscape. Identify and select plants, trees, and greenery that align with the project's aesthetic and environmental objectives. Advise on environmentally friendly practices and technologies to support the project's sustainability goals. Develop strategies for ecological preservation and biodiversity enhancement within the project scope. Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and landscape designers to integrate agricultural components seamlessly into the overall project design. Coordinate with construction supervision teams to ensure the successful implementation of agricultural elements during the construction phase. Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field. 10+ experience in agricultural engineering, preferably in construction supervision projects. Strong knowledge of soil science, water management, and irrigation systems. Familiarity with environmental sustainability practices in agriculture. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Certification or licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus.
