BIM Manager

Responsibilities: Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) aligned with project objectives. Establish BIM standards, protocols, workflows, and digital governance frameworks. Ensure compliance with client BIM requirements and international standards. Lead multidisciplinary coordination (Architectural, Structural, MEP, Infrastructure). Conduct clash detection and model validation reviews. Ensure model integration across consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Support 4D (time) and 5D (cost) BIM implementation. Integrate BIM processes with overall construction management and project controls. Collaborate with Planning, Cost Control, and Procurement teams. Support digital progress tracking and reporting. Ensure model data supports site execution and as-built documentation. Manage BIM coordinators, modelers, and discipline leads. Provide mentoring and technical guidance. Conduct performance monitoring and capability development. Liaise with client representatives, PMC, consultants, and contractors. Lead BIM coordination meetings. Present BIM dashboards and progress reports to senior management. Implement CDE (Common Data Environment) platforms. Lead digital transformation initiatives within the project. Promote automation, parametric modeling, and digital twin strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in construction/project management. Minimum 8–10 years of BIM leadership experience on large-scale projects. Experience on mega projects (airports, railways, infrastructure, high-rise, mixed-use developments). Strong knowledge of: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, Primavera P6 (integration with 4D). Cost control systems (5D BIM integration). Deep understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM standards.
