Landscape Engineer

Responsibilities: Develop innovative landscape design concepts, master plans, and detailed layouts for projects. Prepare comprehensive drawings, planting plans and construction details . Conduct thorough site analysis , including environmental conditions. Ensure all works are executed in line with approved drawings, materials, and design intent. Review and refine design proposals based on client feedback , regulatory requirements, and technical considerations. Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and material approvals. Oversee on-site implementation to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and aesthetic expectations. Engage in plant selection and irrigation planning , ensuring designs are sustainable and suitable for the Saudi climate. Stay updated with global landscape design trends, materials, technologies, and best practices. Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 6 years of experience in large-scale landscape projects. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and (optional) Lumion / Revit / GIS tools . Strong technical understanding of softscape and hardscape materials, irrigation systems, and site implementation methods. Familiarity with sustainability principles and environmental design. Ability to work on multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
