Project Control Manager

Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans in coordination with the project team. Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed. Implement cost control measures to optimize project budget utilization. Monitor project expenditures and provide cost analysis reports. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Regularly assess project risks and implement contingency plans. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Establish and maintain a robust document control system. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve documentation issues promptly. Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in project control management within the construction industry. Proven track record in overseeing large-scale construction projects.
