QA/QC Engineer

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer – Design with 7–10+ years of proven experience in a design consultancy environment. The role requires strong technical knowledge of design quality processes, an eye for detail, and the ability to ensure all design deliverables meet client expectations and industry standards. Responsibilities: Review design drawings, calculations, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes. Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) for design projects. Conduct quality checks and audits of design deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency across all disciplines. Identify non-conformances in design work, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Support design teams in understanding and applying QA/QC procedures and standards. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with QA/QC Manager to ensure design quality objectives are achieved. Prepare quality reports, checklists, and documentation to support audits and client submissions. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant international quality standards. Promote continuous improvement and support training sessions on quality requirements for design staff. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architecture). Minimum 7–10+ years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in a design consultancy company. Strong knowledge of design QA/QC procedures, codes, and international standards. Experience with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Proficiency in MS Office and design/document control software. Certification in Quality Assurance (ISO, Six Sigma, or equivalent) is preferred.
