Safety Inspector

Responsibilities: Studying all project works in terms of occupational safety and health. Ensure the availability of emergency devices and tools at the site. Ensure that project personnel have been trained to perform their work safely. Ensuring the safety of the workplace and the safety of equipment. Ensure that all work areas in progress at the site are secured. Emphasis on the contractor to adhere to the project safety models and circulars. Conducting periodic inspections of the project workplaces and reporting any notifications to the project manager. To stop any unsafe work. Investigating all accidents and determining measures to prevent their recurrence in the future. Keeping a record of all accidents and their statistics and reporting them to the legal authorities according to the system. Giving advice to the project manager related to occupational safety and health. Supervising the placement and adequacy of health and safety signs in the project. Essential Requirements: Minimum of bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. 5-10 years’ experience Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position dealing with PMC/ Engineer / Employer. Proven previous experience in infrastructure project is a MUST. Microsoft Office Language Skills: Working proficiency in English language is mandatory, Arabic is a plus.
