About the Role Are you ready to take on the challenge of managing flight and cabin crew operations in a dynamic, 24/7 environment? We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Officer Crew Duty to join our team and ensure the safe, efficient, and cost effective management of all crew operations. This pivotal role involves coordinating departures and arrivals, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting real time decision making alongside Crew Duty Controllers. You will play a key part in our operational success by overseeing crew rostering, monitoring crew performance, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance are maintained. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will contribute to strategic departmental projects and process enhancements that align day to day operations with our commitment to market leading crew support. You will be responsible for managing data collection and analysis, overseeing flight status communications, and ensuring the availability of fully trained, ready to depart crew. This is your chance to ensure that operational constraints are solved quickly and efficiently, all while driving a culture of safety and excellence. About You Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 4 years in crew operations, scheduling, or planning within the airline industry, preferably in a 24/7 operations environment. Your expertise will extend to managing crew related data, ensuring roster compliance, and swiftly diagnosing operational constraints. You should be comfortable making rapid, well informed decisions under pressure, especially during disruptions or time critical scenarios. Knowledge of Operations Control and Crew Center operations will be highly beneficial.
