Job Description Project Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts, managing subcontractors, scheduling, cost control, safety compliance, and maintaining client relationships. Job Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle of infrastructure projects from initiation to ensure completion of the job within specified timeframes, in an organized and cost-effective manner, in accordance with the approved design and quality standards. Assist with the development of scope and schedule for project work, he/she will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with our company strategy, commitments and goals, managing external consultants /contractors on the delivery of major project works on site. Coordinate with engineering, planning, and construction teams to ensure seamless execution of project plans. Establish project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring efficient use of resources throughout the project. Monitor progress on project deliverables, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary. Working Relationships Internal : C3 Group as applicable, RSG, Client Project team External : Suppliers / Subcontractors as applicable, Operator / End User as applicable, Auditors Position Requirements Qualification and Experience: Must have a Degree in Engineering or Construction Management/PMP or related field with a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects. Experience in a leadership position overseeing large infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Experience working for a leading contracting company in the GCC is a plus. Good understanding of QAQC principles throughout Project life cycle. Good understanding and documenting workflows and business processes. Skills Capable of handling multiple conflicting priorities and working under stringent deadlines. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong commitment to integrity and ethical practices. Ability to effectively coordinate across/between teams and departments. Ability to work independently on projects. Ability to organize and plan time and schedule activities effectively. Ability to think creatively and critically. Ability to continually improve quality standards through proactive investigation and quality assurance methods.
