Responsibilities: Conduct detailed inspections of civil construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and industry standards. Verify that work aligns with local regulations and project requirements. Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the integrity of civil construction works. Identify and address any deviations from approved plans. Create comprehensive inspection reports documenting findings, deviations, and corrective actions. Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections. Collaborate with construction teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient inspections. Provide guidance on meeting civil construction requirements during project execution. Oversee testing and validation procedures for civil construction materials and elements. Ensure that construction materials meet specified standards and project requirements. Monitor and enforce safety standards on construction sites. Identify and address safety hazards related to civil construction activities. Communicate inspection results to clients, project teams, and relevant authorities. Provide guidance on addressing any non-compliance issues. Stay updated on industry best practices, codes, and emerging technologies in civil construction. Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of civil construction projects. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Civil Inspector, with a focus on civil construction projects. Thorough understanding of civil construction codes, regulations, and industry standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment.
