Job purpose Acts as the solution architect for a specific domain, designing architectures for domain solutions and domain platforms Owns end-to-end solution architecture within the domain, spanning applications, data, integration, and technology components— positioning Maaden as the world’s leading technology-enabled miner Ensures domain solutions align with enterprise architecture and leverages platforms correctly Key Accountabilities Support Enterprise Architecture Direction Design Domain Solutions Design end-to-end solution architectures for domain initiatives Translate domain objectives into coherent, integrated solution designs Work with Domain Integrators to ensure architecture supports domain outcomes Own Domain Architecture Coherence Define domain-specific architecture patterns and reference designs Ensure consistency across solutions within the domain Integrate with Platforms and Core Systems Design how domain solutions consume enterprise and domain platforms Ensure reliable data flows and system interoperability Address architectural risks arising from domain and platform interactions Collaborate with Platform Architects on capability alignment and constraints Govern Solution Design Quality Review and guide solution designs across domain initiatives Ensure designs align with enterprise and platform standards Support Technical Initiative Leads and delivery teams with architectural guidance Minimum Qualification, Experience and Competencies Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum Experience 15+ years’ experience in solution or domain architecture roles Maaden High Performance Competencies Solution and domain architecture design Systems integration and interoperability Translation of business needs into architecture Cross-domain and cross-platform collaboration Strong design governance and guidance Skills Experience designing complex digital or industrial solutions Strong understanding of data, integration, and platform-based architectures Benefits 1.
