The IOCC System Officer is responsible for providing tech support services for flight operations systems, users and crew; and providing tech support and troubleshooting for all flight operation systems. Key Responsibilities: Accept inquiries from the system’s user community relate use how to improve the system, provide responses to users and in case (s) he is unable to handle inquiry consult with system support team to provide a response. Aid testing and support on integrating the system with other key business system such as reservations system, commercial, flight planning etc. Download, test and schedule the implementation of software updates applicable to new functionality developed by system, software customization requirements of airline or corrections to any reports issues. Regularly develop standard operating procedure relate to the use of system reviewing and enhance it wherever possible. Provide hand-on assistance with setting up systems and integrations. Contact between the airline business user and venders. Create a user manual for system users and crew. Setup new user accounts and access right for new staff joining the airline, up to a certain extent provide some basic system training to newcomers. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or Computer Science. Minimum 1 year experience in related role.
