The Network Controller is responsible for supervising the IOCC function and ensuring efficient and compliant regulations. Works under the direction of IOCC manager. Key Responsibilities: Ability to perform all functions of flyadeal’s Flight Dispatcher. Supervises daily operations to ensure such are efficient, safe and adhere to GACA and applicable international regulations and standards. Supervises the accuracy of tracking of crew records to ensure compliance with mandatory crew records as required by regulatory authorities. Supervises operational management of computerised scheduling system and inputting daily Flight Schedule. Constantly reviews company operations to propose improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure aircraft bags are regularly checked to ensure documentation is intact. Responsible for Aircraft Certificate of Airworthiness. Keeps abreast with trends and best practices in the area of duty operations to ensure function delivers best in class service to flyadeal. Bachelor’s degree in aeronautics, aviation, science or equivalent field. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required. Additional Languages will be desirable. Minimum 4 years of experience in aviation as an Operations Controller. Can be substitute if 4 years’ experience as a Flight Dispatcher within Flyadeal.
