Key Responsibilities · Define strategy and roadmap for web channels. · Lead and grow chapter members specializing in front‑end, and web platform engineering. · Oversee web architecture, performance, security, and scalability. · Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to ensure alignment. · Ensure consistent branding, usability, and accessibility across web channels. · Introduce modern tools, frameworks, and delivery practices.
