1. Contribute to the development of portfolio strategies and support translating strategic objectives into operational plans to achieve Business Development function goals, client expectations 2. Support the assessment of feasibility studies and program business cases, including financial and non-financial KPIs, internal and external resourcing requirements, ensuring alignment with program sustainability, labour market impact, and long-term value creation. 3. Prepare and present program cases, anticipated impact, and cost-benefit analyses to internal and external stakeholders, supporting stakeholder alignment and ongoing engagement in coordination with the Stakeholder Management function. 4. Support the day-to-day delivery, monitoring, and reporting of assigned programs, ensuring availability of resources, tracking progress against plans, and supporting corrective actions to ensure successful program execution. 5. Support business development activities in line with approved strategies and operational plans, contributing to the development of a sustainable and value-driven opportunity pipeline. 6. Perform additional duties as required by the direct manager, in line with the scope and responsibilities of the role
