The role is responsible for accurately tracking and processing all refunds and compensation, supporting in other projects and working to GACA & Credit Card Scheme timelines for Refunds and Compensation cases. Key Responsibilities Handle daily the refund and compensation Zendesk ticket. Update the refunded cases in both Zendesk and skyspeed. Assess all cases accurately and in-line with GACA regulations & flyadeal policy. Action Credit card cases with the correct amount after approval. Daily follow up the pending cases. Update Daily the IBAN and compensation cases with the ledger sheet. Check daily the refund automation portal for any validated cases. Bachelor’s degree level in finance, business or any related field. Fresh graduate. Working knowledge of the Navitaire suite of systems is a plus Microsoft Office Tools. Solid mathematical skills. Attention to detail
