نظرة عامة

يعد فني الميكانيكا مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة والتعديل والإصلاح على الآلات الميكانيكية، وضمان الأداء الفعال والموثوقية وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية وإرشادات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة ومعايير الجودة.

المسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الميكانيكية اليومية والوقائية الروتينية وفقًا للجداول المحددة وإجراءات أكوا باور نوماك.
  • مراقبة الحالة الفيزيائية للآلات في المصنع والإبلاغ عن أي عدم مطابقة لمهندس الميكانيكا/المشرف.
  • الاستجابة للأعطال الميكانيكية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لخفض فترات التوقف وزيادة كفاءة المعدات.
  • استكشاف الأخطاء باستخدام الأدوات والقطع الغيار اللازمة، بما في ذلك التشخيص والإصلاح والتحقق من المعدات.
  • تنفيذ الإصلاحات الروتينية لضمان استمرارية العمليات وتقليل فترات التوقف.
  • تشخيص أسباب الأعطال الميكانيكية أو فشل المعدات، مثل استبدال الأجزاء المعيبة والتعديل والمحاذاة والزيت والتشحيم والغليان.
  • اتخاذ التدابير التصحيحية بالتعاون مع مهندس الميكانيكا/المشرف.
  • قراءة وفهم الأدلة الفنية والرسوم البيانية الميكانيكية والرسومات الآلية وتطبيق المعرفة لتنفيذ مهام الصيانة.
  • الاستعداد للصيانة الميكانيكية للآلات في المنطقة المخصصة.

المتطلبات

  • شهادة تقنية/دبلوم الدراسات العليا في الصيانة الميكانيكية.
  • 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في الصيانة الميكانيكية كفني في تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح المعدات والتركيبات الميكانيكية في بيئة المصنع.

المؤهلات

  • معرفة عملية بمعدات المصنع ذات الصلة.
  • معرفة عملية بمبادئ الصيانة الميكانيكية، بما في ذلك تحديد وتصنيف والتخلص من النفايات ومراقبة الانبعاثات.
  • الوعي بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة.
  • مهارات العمل الجماعي والتعاون الفعال.

Job Description

Mechanical Technician will carry out maintenance, modification, overhauling and installation activities on the mechanical machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures, HSE guidelines and quality standards to attain effective functionality and reliability. Mechanical Maintenance Carry out required daily mechanical maintenance work and routine preventative mechanical maintenance work according to set schedules and ACWA NOMAC procedures to facilitate continuous operations. Monitor the physical condition of all machines in assigned plant and report non-conformances to Mechanical Engineer / Supervisor to facilitate effective maintenance of all ACWA NOMAC facilities as per set Quality/ HSE standards. Respond to mechanical failures and implement corrective actions in adherence with procedures and guidelines to reduce downtime and maximize functionality of equipment. Trouble shoot using necessary tools and spare parts which include diagnosis, repairing and checking equipment for corrosion, cracks, leaks, failures and perform necessary routine repairs to facilitate uninterrupted operations and minimize downtime. Diagnose causes of mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment such as defective parts replacement, adjustment, alignment, oiling, greasing and boiling and take corrective measures in collaboration with Mechanical Engineer / Supervisor. Read and understand technical manuals, mechanical diagrams and machinery drawings and apply the knowledge to carry out maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, to prepare for the mechanical maintenance to machinery in the assigned area. Requirements: A technical certificate / Associate’s Diploma in Mechanical maintenance 3-5 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance as a technician in installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and installations in a plant environment.
