About the Role We are seeking a driven and proven professional to build our OHS program from the ground up. Here's your unique chance to design, implement, and embed a comprehensive safety management system aligned with ISO 45001, laying the foundations for a scalable, safety-first culture as the airline grows. We are seeking an experienced Manager Occupational Health and Safety to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our OHS Management System. In this critical role, you must ensure compliance with international standards, oversee risk management and regulatory compliance, and drive initiatives that strengthen the organisation’s safety culture. Central to this role is to proactively hunting down potential risks, pioneering industry-leading practices, and crafting innovative safety solutions that don't just mitigate incidents, but redefine operational excellence. Your remit also includes leading incident investigations, coordinating audits and regulatory engagements, delivering safety training, and providing strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership to support informed decision making. Working closely with internal teams, contractors, and external authorities, you will promote safe working practices, ensure compliance with regulations, and guide the organisation in maintaining the highest standards of occupational health and safety. About You Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7years of sound experience in OHS roles, including at least 3 years in a in a management or program-design capacity. You are expected to have demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a multinational and culturally diverse work environment.
