The Consultant is responsible for the implementation and management of codeshare and interline system integrations across airline and airport platforms, including Passenger Service Systems (PSS) and Departure Control Systems (DCS). It focuses on configuring operational messaging (EDIFACT / XML), troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring system and operational readiness for new destinations in coordination with partners and system providers. Key Responsibilities : Manage implementation of codeshare and interline system integrations. Coordinate between PSS and DCS systems to ensure operational alignment. Troubleshoot system and messaging issues (SITA, EDIFACT, XML). Manage setup of new destinations including system configuration and operations coordination. Identify and resolve airport operations and system integration issues. Ensure compliance with APP, APIS, and PNRGOV requirements. Coordinate with partner airlines to resolve availability and system discrepancies. Support rollout of digital airport solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in airline operations, airport systems, or partnerships Strong exposure to Passenger Service Systems (PSS) and Departure Control Systems (DCS) Working knowledge of systems such as Navitaire, SITA, or Amadeus Understanding of IATA standards, operational messaging, and airport procedures Experience in codeshare, interline, or airport integration projects is preferred Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in a remote, consultancy-based environment
