We are offering a training opportunity (COOP - Tamheer) for a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineering Trainee . This role is designed to provide hands-on experience for students to develop practical skills in operations, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making within a professional work environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across activities Monitor operational activities (store/warehouse) and report any issues Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate operational data and prepare periodic reports Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support performance monitoring Coordinate with cross-functional teams including warehouse, logistics, and quality Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus Good communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks Eager to learn and apply industrial engineering concepts in a practical setting
