تبحث شركة نينجا عن متخصص تكاملات منظم وملم بالتكنولوجيا لإدارة وتحسين الاتصال بين الأنظمة الداخلية والمنصات الخارجية وأنظمة شركاء المطاعم. المرشح المثالي سيتمتع بخبرة قوية في تكاملات API وربط أنظمة نقاط البيع وأتمتة سير العمل والاستكشاف الفني، مع القدرة المثبتة على تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وتقليل معدلات الإلغاء عبر المطاعم المتكاملة.
المسؤوليات:
إدارة والحفاظ على التكاملات بين الأنظمة الداخلية والمنصات الخارجية وأدوات شركاء المطاعم بما في ذلك أنظمة نقاط البيع وتطبيقات التوصيل. العمل عن كثب مع فرق العمليات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والمنتج لتحديد متطلبات التكامل وتقديم حلول تقنية قابلة للتطوير وموثوقة. توثيق سير عمل التكامل وإجراء استكشاف الأخطاء والإصلاح المستمر لضمان تدفق البيانات بدقة والعمليات الآلية الفعالة. قيادة اختبارات التكامل مع البائعين والمطاعم الشريكة ومزودي التكنولوجيا الخارجيين. مراقبة أداء التكامل لضمان الاستقرار والموثوقية والامتثال لمعايير الصناعة. تحديد الأسباب الجذرية للمشاكل التقنية وتنفيذ تحسينات لتحسين أداء المطاعم وتقليل معدلات الإلغاء. التواصل مع البائعين والشركاء والفرق الداخلية لتنسيق تحديثات الأنظمة والتكاملات وحل المشاكل.
المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة:
خبرة قوية في تكامل الأنظمة والبرمجيات. إتقان إدارة API (REST، webhooks). خبرة عملية مع تكاملات نقاط البيع وتطبيقات التوصيل. معرفة بأدوات أتمتة سير العمل (Zapier, Mulesoft, Workato). قدرات قوية على استكشاف الأخطاء والدعم الفني. فهم قوي لتسانند البيانات وتحسين العمليات وموثوقية الأنظمة. خبرة العمل مع أنظمة CRM و ERP والخدمات اللوجستية أو المطاعم. مهارات تواصل ممتازة وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.

Job Description
Ninja is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Integration Specialist to manage and optimize system connectivity between internal tools, third-party platforms, and partner restaurant systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in API integrations, POS connectivity, workflow automation, and technical troubleshooting, with a proven ability to enhance operational efficiency and reduce cancellation rates across integrated restaurants. Manage and maintain integrations between internal systems, third-party platforms, and restaurant partner tools including POS systems and delivery applications. Work closely with Operations, IT, and Product teams to define integration requirements and deliver scalable, reliable technical solutions. Document integration workflows and perform ongoing troubleshooting to ensure accurate data flow and efficient automated processes. Lead integration testing with vendors, partner restaurants, and external technology providers. Monitor integration performance to ensure stability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. Identify root causes of technical issues and implement enhancements to improve restaurant performance and reduce cancellation rates. Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to coordinate system updates, integrations, and issue resolution.
