As a pharmacist at Ninja, you will be essential in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care, from dispensing medications to counseling patients about their therapies. Key Responsibilities Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with physician prescriptions and established protocols. Provide comprehensive medication consultation to patients, ensuring they understand their treatment and medication plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams to evaluate and manage patient medication therapy and optimize therapeutic outcomes. Monitor patient health progress and address any medication-related issues promptly. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical advancements and provide recommendations based on clinical evidence. Uphold compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety standards within the pharmacy. Assist in the management of pharmacy operations, including inventory control and ordering supplies. Train and mentor pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of practice and patient care. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy school. Active pharmacist license in the state of practice. 1-3 years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred. In-depth understanding of pharmacology and medication management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues. Ability to analyze and simplify complex medical information. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Passion for continuous learning and professional development in the pharmacy field.
