Job Responsibilities Dispense medications accurately and provide clear instructions on usage and possible side effects. Review prescriptions and patient profiles to ensure appropriateness of medication therapy. Conduct consultations with patients to discuss their medication regimen and address any concerns. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication management and patient outcomes. Maintain pharmacy inventory, perform quality control checks, and ensure compliance with regulations. Stay updated on pharmaceutical developments and participate in continuing education opportunities. Provide guidance and mentorship to pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional patient care. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy program. Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of practice. Previous experience as a pharmacist is desirable. Deep understanding of pharmacology, drug interactions, and pharmaceutical guidelines. Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with patients. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to professional growth and development.
