We’re hiring a Product Manager who combines curiosity, clarity, and execution to build products merchants love. You’ll play a key role in driving product strategy and execution within our SaaS e-commerce ecosystem, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions that help merchants grow. Responsibilities Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and design to delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement. Define and manage an outcome-driven roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs. Partner with Design, Engineering, and Operations to ship high-quality, scalable features. Analyze market trends, competition, and user feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. Turn data and insights into product improvements that drive adoption, engagement, and retention. Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and guide prioritization. Simplify complexity, communicate trade-offs clearly, and ensure alignment across teams. Operate confidently in Figma and Jira, applying agile methodologies throughout development. Own the full product lifecycle: discovery → design → delivery → iteration. Define and manage an outcome-driven roadmap. Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations to ship high-quality work. Turn data and insights into decisions that move metrics. Simplify complexity; communicate tradeoffs clearly. Drive adoption, engagement, and satisfaction via experimentation. Operate confidently in Figma and Jira. Preferred Qualifications Startup or founder experience (0→1 product building) is a plus.
