In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of asset infrastructure solutions that align with our project objectives and organizational vision. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the design strategies for asset infrastructure, ensuring they meet the technical requirements and project timelines. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather design requirements and translate them into actionable plans. Conduct thorough assessments of existing infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for enhancement. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in all design processes. Monitor project progress, providing regular updates on milestones and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan. Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and vendors throughout the design and implementation phases. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies in asset infrastructure design to continuously innovate and improve practices. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, fostering their growth and development within the organization. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in asset infrastructure design or management, preferably in large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of design principles, project management methodologies, and asset management practices. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical capabilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with design software and tools relevant to asset infrastructure management.
