Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Content & Production to lead the content creation and production efforts across our diverse entertainment projects. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and expertise in managing complex production processes. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development and execution of content that aligns with Qiddiya's vision to become a global destination for entertainment, sports, and culture. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the content development and production teams to deliver high-quality media and entertainment content. Develop and implement content strategies that align with Qiddiya’s business objectives and audience engagement goals. Oversee all stages of production including concept development, scripting, shooting, post-production, and final delivery. Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and technical teams to ensure content meets brand standards and project requirements. Manage budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for content production projects. Ensure compliance with regulatory and intellectual property guidelines relevant to media content. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and creative partners to enhance production capabilities. Monitor emerging industry trends and technologies to continuously innovate content production processes and outputs. Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members to foster growth and performance excellence. Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in content creation and production, preferably within theme parks, live entertainment, or large-scale media projects. Proven track record of managing complex production projects from conception to delivery. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development. Excellent project management skills with proficiency in production scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning tools. In-depth knowledge of content production workflows, including digital media, video production, and post-production technologies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in or with Middle Eastern markets is advantageous. Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus. Comprehensive benefits package
