About the Role Are you detail-oriented and passionate professional who wants to play your part in managing safety reports, documentation, and risk controls to ensure the highest standards of operational safety are always met? Transform your meticulous approach into impact by maintaining precise, traceable records of safety investigations. Your critical work will ensure our operations remain fully compliant, demonstrating how individual excellence drives organizational success. Be the go-to coordinator for meetings and communications, preparing agendas, distributing materials, and capturing minutes. You will help drive structured safety governance across the organization. Take ownership of the iQSMS (or equivalent) reporting system, tracking safety reports and following up on overdue actions. You will monitor safety performance indicators and targets, giving clear visibility into operational risk trends. Support risk assessments and management of change processes, providing structured documentation that helps leadership make informed safety decisions. You’ll also draft safety risk recommendations under guidance, ensuring every risk is evaluated thoroughly. Collaborate across teams to improve systems and processes, promoting a positive safety culture. Your work will directly strengthen Riyadh Air’s commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence. About You Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of airline operational experience.
