Role Overview This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate seeking hands-on accounting experience in a fast-paced technology environment while building a strong foundation in finance, reporting, and accounting operations. Assist in reviewing and analyzing financial statements Perform bank reconciliations and support general ledger maintenance Record journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue Maintain and update fixed asset records and schedules Review expenses, payroll records, and supporting documentation as assigned Update financial data in systems and databases to ensure accuracy and timely availability Prepare and support weekly and monthly financial reports Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities Support senior accountants with accounting projects, reporting, and ad hoc finance tasks Help ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation standards Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis. Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining accurate records, documentation, and audit-ready files Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams Demonstrated attention to detail through accurate transaction processing, account reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution
