IT Infrastructure Section Head

Ensure proper installation, configuration, and operational procedures for servers, hardware, peripherals, and storage, while adhering to governance policies and standards. Supervise preparation for system integration and infrastructure setup to align with IT enterprise architecture. Analyze and assess the impact of change requests on IT infrastructure and provide technical recommendations. Supervise testing of IT infrastructure components to ensure they meet performance standards. Conduct periodic reviews to optimize infrastructure and systems for maximum performance and productivity. Provide expert support in resolving infrastructure incidents to ensure high availability and reliability. Work with external vendors for advanced support and timely resolution of complex incidents. Develop and oversee backup and recovery plans, ensuring reliable operations of backup processes and media. Perform other activities as and when required. • ضمان التركيب والتكوين والتشغيل السليم للخوادم والأجهزة ووحدات التخزين والملحقات، مع الالتزام بسياسات ومعايير الحوكمة. • الإشراف على التحضير لعمليات تكامل الأنظمة وإعداد البنية التحتية بما يتوافق مع هندسة المؤسسة التقنية. • تحليل وتقييم تأثير طلبات التغيير على البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات وتقديم التوصيات الفنية المناسبة. • الإشراف على اختبارات مكونات البنية التحتية للتأكد من تلبيتها لمعايير الأداء المعتمدة. • إجراء مراجعات دورية لتحسين البنية التحتية والأنظمة ورفع مستوى الأداء والإنتاجية. • تقديم الدعم الفني المتخصص لمعالجة حوادث البنية التحتية وضمان استمرارية الخدمات بجودة عالية. • التنسيق مع المورّدين الخارجيين للحصول على الدعم المتقدم وحل الحوادث المعقدة في الوقت المناسب. • تطوير والإشراف على خطط النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة وضمان موثوقية عمليات النسخ ووسائط التخزين. • تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى حسب الحاجة.
