Qiddiya Investment Company is actively seeking a Senior Manager - Operational Readiness to lead and coordinate all aspects of operational preparedness for our innovative entertainment and cultural projects. This role is central to ensuring the seamless launch and ongoing operation of world-class facilities, focusing on strategic planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive operational readiness plans aligned with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives. Collaborate closely with project teams, operations, engineering, and stakeholder groups to integrate operational readiness considerations into project execution phases. Lead readiness assessments to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project launches and sustained operations. Oversee training and development initiatives aimed at preparing staff and operational teams to meet defined performance standards. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational readiness and performance, reporting findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and industry standards in operational readiness. Champion a guest-focused approach throughout all operational readiness efforts to enhance the overall visitor experience. · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. · Minimum of 7 years’ experience in operational management or readiness, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the entertainment or large-scale infrastructure sectors.
