Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel specializing in Disputes to lead our legal efforts in managing and resolving complex litigation and dispute matters. This role is pivotal in protecting the company’s interests by providing expert guidance on dispute resolution strategies across various sectors of the business. Key Responsibilities Lead the management and resolution of legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution processes. Develop and implement effective dispute resolution strategies to minimize risks and financial exposure. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel to coordinate case management and ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of disputes. Provide expert legal advice on potential and ongoing disputes to senior management and relevant departments. Draft, review, and negotiate settlement agreements and related legal documents. Monitor legal developments and trends in dispute resolution to inform company strategies. Mentor and guide junior legal team members in the disputes practice area. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify and mitigate legal risks. Law degree & qualified to practice law. Minimum 10 years of experience focused on dispute resolution, litigation, or arbitration, preferably within an in-house legal environment or law firm. Strong expertise in managing complex disputes across multiple jurisdictions. Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and case management skills. Proven ability to develop and execute effective dispute resolution strategies. Outstanding communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal. Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior lawyers. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple cases, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
