Job Purpose To implement and monitor the Business Integrity framework, ensuring adherence to ethical, regulatory, and governance requirements across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement the Business Integrity framework, ensuring alignment with governance standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical business practices. - Develop and maintain integrity-related policies, procedures, and control mechanisms to reinforce compliance with applicable laws and internal standards. - Monitor adherence to integrity and compliance requirements, identifying potential gaps and escalating risks to relevant stakeholders. - Conduct integrity and compliance assessments and audits, supporting the identification of non-compliance areas and tracking corrective actions. - Collaborate with internal functions and external stakeholders to address regulatory updates and ensure timely incorporation into policies, procedures, and contractual documents. - Support third-party integrity due diligence and monitoring activities, ensuring vendors and partners adhere to ethical and compliance obligations. - Promote integrity awareness across the organization through structured training sessions, workshops, and communication initiatives in coordination with relevant departments.
