Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Software Quality Assurance Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications by designing, executing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Manage and track defects using JIRA with proper documentation and timely resolution Provide regular status updates via daily/weekly reports and stakeholder meetings Perform end-to-end testing including functional, GUI, system, integration, and backend testing Validate backend data using SQL queries and ensure data integrity Test APIs and reporting functionalities, particularly for fintech or financial systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user stories meet business requirements Document testing processes and maintain clear sprint records Assist in creating and reviewing screen mockups and support UI validation Identify, log, and verify defects; support bug fixing and system maintenance Preferred Skills: Experience in fintech or financial platforms ISTQB certification is a plus Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills Mandatory: Experience in API testing, mobile application testing, and database validation.
